How does FREE Returns work?
All return items, weighing under 10kg are free return option. You can return the item for any reason in new and unused condition for up to 30 days after purchase.
How does return shipping work?
Go to Return Items and input the device you wish to return. Tell us why you want to return this item, then choose a drop-off courier. We’ll send you a QR code; bring your code and item to the drop-off post office, and you’re done.
When will I get my refund?
Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return!
It can take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return. When we complete processing your return, we refund your payment.
Do we offer replacements and exchanges?
Yes. we can ship you a replacement of the exact item. If the item you're exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we'll refund you the difference. If the new item costs more, we'll charge you for the difference in price.
